Job Duties and Responsbilities:

• Perform duties and secretarial support services for the Managers of the departments of Quality, Purchasing and Engineering
• Quickly and accurately enter alpha-numeric data and text into a database, web tool or Microsoft Office product.
• Open, review and respond to incoming customer service returns and/or email
• Organize and maintain departmental files and schedules, utilizing personal computer software systems as feasible.
• Prepare correspondence, memoranda and reports working from drafts and/or instructions and make required punctuation and grammar corrections.
• Work with other department members to ensure accurate data and transfer of information.
• Work on special projects and assignments as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

• High school education
• A detail oriented indiviudal is required
• Over 3 years experience providing administrative support to a department
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
