The Quality Engineer Intern is located at our manufacturing headquarters in Franklin Park, IL.  Read more to see if this is an amazing learning opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

• Assists in Quality Engineering projects where needed such as, filing of  documentation, detail review of worksheets and design history files, design change justifications and requirements.
• Assists in tasks associated with processes and documentation that support compliant quality systems such as investigations, change controls, SOPs, risk assessments, among other tasks.
• Communicates information concerning assignments to management.
• Maintains a cooperative working relationship with colleagues and a safe  and neat work area that facilitates the conduct of quality developmental activities.
• Maintains confidentiality of information obtained during the duration of  the assignment

What we are looking for:

•  Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
•  Experienced with Microsoft office and Minitab.
•  Completed a course in Engineering Statistics.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $20 per hour to $26 per hour 

Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect, but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.
