About the Role:

Sloan is thrilled to launch our 2025 Internship Program, offering hands-on experience and insight into our company mission and core values. Join us to gain real-world skills and explore what makes our industry unique!

The Product Management Intern will be based in our Franklin Park, IL facility.    In this role you will learn about the role of product management and new product development processes. You will also work to support the product line managers and their categories.

Responsibilities include:

• Gather and update competitive research and data mining
• Marketing Data Clean Up – Review needs (including spec sheet) and address changes with cross functional departments throughout Sloan
• Lead and Manage project updating product sales support documents
• Work on website improvement suggestions and implementation projects
• Assist and manage portions of New Product Development launches – Including field trial management and Voice of Customer gathering

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a four year degree program. Marketing, Engineering or data analytics coursework preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
• Experience with online research a plus
• Ability to work five days a week in our Franklin Park, IL facility

Compensation:

The compensation range for this U.S.-based position is $20- $26 hourly

Our compensation range reflects our good faith estimate of what an ideal candidate can expect, but final agreed upon compensation will always be based on the individual candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related or market factors that may prove relevant during the hiring process.
