We are at the forefront of the green building movement and provide sustainable restroom solutions.  We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

Sloan has a rewarding opportunity this summer for a Product Line Management Intern in our Franklin Park, IL headquarters.  In this role you will work with a Senior Product Manager  on product releases as well New Product Development activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist and manage portions of New Product Development launches – Including field trial management and gathering Voice of Customer  
• Project Management of Engineering Change requests
• Gathering and update competitive research and data mining

Qualificaitons:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, data science, and the plumbing industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, particularly in multidisciplinary settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges, with a passion for leveraging data to drive product innovation.
•  Prior internship or project experience in product management, data science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
