We are at the forefront of the green building movement and provide sustainable restroom solutions.  We manufacture water-efficient products including flush valves, electronic faucets, soap dispensing and sink systems along with vitreous china fixtures for commercial, industrial and institutional markets worldwide.

Sloan has  a rewarding opportunity this summer for a Human Resources Intern in our Franklin Park, IL facility.  In this role you will work with the VP and Director of Human Resources to:

• Learn about our union facility and processes for onboarding, new hire orientation, attendance, job postings,  payroll, etc.
• Assist the  HR staff with  Total Rewards including Wellness Programs, coordinating events, assisting with communication and  information  on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and benefits.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a four year degree program.  Preferrably in a junior or senior year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish
• Excellent Communication Skills
