What you’ll do:
- Monitors and maintains quality systems, testing and inspection activities designed to assure that products, processes and services confirm and comply to corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements, standards and practices.
- Coordinates, facilitates, conducts and documents problem solving efforts to correct or improve internal products, processes and services. Performs internal auditing of procedures.
- Creates, modifies and implements standard work and inspection methods. Makes recommendations for new equipment to assure that new product characteristics are properly measured and assessed. Maintains gage calibration system to support measurement needs in production and QA.
- Assists in the development and implementation of internal and external corrective actions designed to improve, correct or maintain products, processes and service standards, specifications and requirements.
- Applies Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis, control plans and Measurement System Analysis to evaluate the producibility of new products and stability of production processes.
- Utilizes statistical data to identify and resolve problems and leads problem solving teams that focus on problem prevention and variance reduction.
- Maintains and reviews quality system records, documents and data. Makes recommendations for improvements and changes to product, processes or systems based on review of this information.
- Assists and provides technical expertise for qualifying, developing, certifying and assisting both internal and external suppliers and vendors.
- May provide work direction for Inspectors, Technicians and employees assigned to the Quality function.
- Provide instruction and training and supervision to members of the Quality team.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ Years Relevant Experience
- ASQ Certification

- Demonstrate skills in problem solving.
- Demonstrated project and time Management Skills.

CAREER LEVEL
ENGINEERING (ENG-2) :
Positions require a theoretical and conceptual knowledge of the specialization. Problems are typically solved through analysis and strategic thinking.
- Design, development, and analysis of new products and components.
- Maintain and create product documentation. Create test protocols. Ensures testing procedures meet industry standards. Perform worst case and failure analysis.
- Design valves and electronics packaging for the commercial market.
- Create and execute engineering change orders.
