The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst is part of the Sloan Human Resources team, reporting to our Franklin Park, Illinois location.. This role requires the ideal team member to be creative, and detail-oriented, enjoy content creation, and build programs to attract, retain and motivate employees across the globe by delivering futurefocused, market-driven, equitable, and scalable total rewards programs. This individual in this position is a key contributor to the development, implementation, compliance, communication, education, and administration of total rewards programs across the organization. The Senior Analyst will complete complex tasks, project planning and management, and coordination with internal and external business partners. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is self-directed, a strong collaborator, a critical problem solver, and who enjoys working on a wide breadth of responsibilities.
Job duties & Responsibilites
- Develop, implement, and administer total rewards programs to attract, engage, and retain employees. Ensure programs are competitive in the market, cost-effective, and considered meaningful to the employees.
- Develop, implement, and deliver engaging well-being programs and activities. Responsible for the creation of a calendar of events, the creation of all program content and communications, and determining and delivery of program tools or rewards
- Manage tobacco cessation programs.
- Partner with people leaders to review pay equity and external market competitiveness for their employees.
- Participate in the development and administration of incentive programs. Assist with program design, verify data for payout calculations, provide payout data presentations for leadership, coordinate payouts with payroll, and create incentive plans and payout documentation for eligible participants.
- Create legally compliant policies for total rewards programs. Research topics, develop content, and partner with leadership and legal for approval and implementation.
- Mentor and partner with other members of the team to become the subject matter expert on the total rewards programs for the Company.
- Participate in total rewards program surveys
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years experience administering compensation and equity-based pay programs, policies, and processes.
- 4+ years Experience administering employee benefit plans.
- Demonstrates clear, professional, and respectful verbal and written communication in all interactions, consistent with an inclusive work environment.
- Expert level experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
