Sloan has a rewarding opportunity this summer for Enviromental Engineering Intern in our Augusta, Arkansas Foundry.   In this role you will work willl work with our EHS Director on EHS abatement programs, water quality reporting and the development of a new onsite landfill.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in environmental testing and reporting
• Assist in safety reporting and investigation of accidents and/or near miss
• Oversee annual training activities
• Oversee safety committee activities
• Assist in tracking of landfill build and associated costs

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or similar field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
