We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Foundry location in Augusta, AR. In this role you will  maintain, prepare and process a variety of records and documents relating to administrative and production activities of the company.



  • Verify listed price and enter outside customer orders into the computer system working from purchase orders. Prepare shipping orders, enter actual part slip quantity and generate pick lists and pack lists and distribute as prescribed. Prepare bills of lading and contact carriers for pickups. Prepare post goods issued to close out orders shipped to prepare for billing, making adjustments to orders as needed.
  • Enter and process finished goods orders daily. Prepare outside orders shipped and production
    activity reports as scheduled, collage, summarize, reconcile and balance data
  • Enter Scrap into SAP as required. Prepare Month-end Production reports.
  • Backflush yellow scrap tickets and do daily foundry, melt sheets as requested. 5.
  • Process outside customer Credit/Debit memo's as requested.
  • Perform Price maintenance for weekly price changes as required.
  • Maintain required files and logs.
  • Act as backup switchboard and receptionist as requested.



  • High School Diploma. Two years office environment experience.
  • Two years’ experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
