Sloan is hiring a Senior IT Technician to support our growing operations! This position will be based in our Andover, MA office and will also support our Flushmate location in New Hudson, MI (travel up to 40%). The Sr. IT Technician supports the IT Helpdesk, Printers, Desktops, Laptops and Workstation infrastructure. Will also be responsible for administration and support along with security functions on all end user systems.

•    Performs all PC and workstation installations and repairs, deployments and refreshes in a Microsoft Windows environment.  Support of the onboard / offboard process for provisioning, deployment and tracking of technology assets.
•    Acts as point person for service desk requests and responds in a timely manner based on SLA's.
•    Perform training, guidance and Job Aid creation on the use of PC software.
•    Work as part of a team to share knowledge and expertise, write KB articles and send global communications pertaining to outages or critical information.
•    Tracking of technology hardware via an AMDB.
•    Support of apple phones and tablets as needed.
•    Supports technology in a manufacturing based environment including computers that support machining, monitoring and printers.  Ability to do initial network troubleshooting.
•    Manages Microsoft security updates on PC’s and workstations to assure that the most up-to-date security patches are loaded on all systems.     
•    Software deployments, tracking of licenses and compliance with software inventory.  Management and deployment of CAD based software.
•    Other duties and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications & Certifications

•    5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows PC operating systems and end user software
•    Detailed technical administrative experience with hardware, software, patches and fixes
•    Experience with ITIL, including ticket management systems and incident management processes
•    Strong ability to troubleshoot 
•    Outstanding communication skills
•    Detail oriented 
•    Willingness to travel up to 40%, as required
